One course covers two children. Each gets their own login and their own saved progress. A third child needs a second course.

NOVA is bought separately, and one subscription covers everyone on your account. The daily message limit is shared across the account, so you pay once no matter how many kids use it.

NOVA, the AI tutor, is free at 30 messages a day with no card, so you can see how it teaches before paying. It's the full tutor, not a demo. Paying lifts the daily limit.

The six-week course has no free trial, but if it isn't a fit you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason. Email support@telosedu.org with Refund in the subject and the email you bought under.

A refund doesn't delete your child's work. Both logins are paused and everything saved under them is kept for 60 days in case you come back.

The course is built for ages 11 to 14. It's twenty-five missions across six weeks, and each one is meant to be a single sitting at a computer.

It's self-paced. Nothing unlocks on a schedule and nothing expires, so taking longer than six weeks is fine.

Three habits, practiced until they stick. Generate: make your own attempt before the AI says anything. Challenge: treat an AI answer as a draft that might be wrong, and check it. Own: if you can explain it and rebuild it, it's yours.

The last three weeks put those habits to work on real math, real reading, and a final project your child designs and defends from scratch, where the habits either hold up or fall apart.

No. The readings are narrated, each activity explains itself, and the in-course help never just gives the answer, so your child can work a session alone.

You can still follow along. Progress is saved per child in your account, and the last week ends with a project your child designs and defends on their own.

It's time at a screen, but not time spent watching one. Most activities won't move forward until your child has done something first: made a guess, sketched a plan, written an explanation.

The whole story is about a colony that handed its thinking to an AI, and the job is to undo that. The tutor is built never to hand over an answer, so a child hoping to sit back and be entertained gets asked a question instead.

It won't give them the answer. That refusal is the point of NOVA, not a setting you can turn off. It asks your child to try first, breaks the next step down until it's small enough to attempt, and helps from there.

It also doesn't grade, doesn't fake enthusiasm, and doesn't push for one more question once the work is done.

A short weekly summary and a progress dashboard in your account. The summary tells you which habit is causing the mistakes and one thing you can do at home about it, not just that an answer was wrong.

You won't see mastery scores, percentiles, or time-on-task. We leave those out because they push parents to compare rather than help.

We don't sell your information, don't use it for advertising, and don't use any child's work to train an AI model.

Tutor conversations are deleted 12 months after the last message, or sooner if you delete them yourself. You can read, correct, or delete what NOVA remembers about your child at any time from your account, or switch its memory off.

Close your account and your child's progress and work are deleted with it. The Privacy Policy has the full schedule.
